In all business to business transactions, Companies are legally entitled to add charges for late payment of invoices through both UK and European law (**Late Payment of Commercial Debts [Interest] Act 1998 and European Directive 2000/35/EC). The same right to pass on the costs of debt recovery to a private individual debtor applies so long as this has been indicated to the individual beforehand, perhaps in your Terms and Conditions or on an invoice.

So the cost of using henriksen can in many cases be zero.

The henriksen service can often be a better solution than using the Courts
